The NOHRD WallBars are available in both 10-bar and 14-bar versions to suit different training styles and environments. The 14-bar model features closer 10 cm (3.9") spacing between rungs, providing more grip positions and additional attachment points for optional accessories, expanding the range of strength, mobility and functional exercises. The 10-bar model offers wider 18 cm (7.1") spacing, creating additional room for foot placement during stretching, mobility work and flexibility exercises

The WallBars foldout bar is easily pulled out and clicked securely into place to enable pull-ups, and other bodyweight, suspension training exercises.

10 or 14 Rung Configuration: Choose between 10 or 14 evenly spaced rungs to suit your preferred training style. The 14-rung model provides additional grip positions and more attachment points for accessories, while the wider spacing of the 10-rung version offers greater clearance for stretching and lower-body mobility exercises.

Accessory Compatible: The WallBars are designed to integrate seamlessly with the NOHRD accessory range, including the Multi-Adapter, CombiTrainer, Incline Bench and Height Extension.
