Who can apply for finance?
Finance is available to permanent UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to status and Klarna’s eligibility requirements.
How do I apply?
Add your chosen products to the basket and select Klarna Financing at checkout. You will then be guided through Klarna’s secure application process.
Will Klarna perform a credit check?
Klarna will assess your eligibility when you apply. The checks undertaken and any potential effect on your credit record will be explained during the application process.
Can I include more than one product?
Yes. Multiple products and accessories can be included within the same finance application, subject to approval by Klarna.
Can I cancel or return an order purchased using finance?
Your usual cancellation and return rights still apply. If your return is accepted, we will notify Klarna once it has been processed so that your finance balance can be adjusted.
Please continue making payments until Klarna confirms that your payment schedule has been changed or your agreement has been cancelled.
Can I repay my balance early?
You may be able to make additional payments or repay your balance early. Please refer to your credit agreement or contact Klarna for information relating to your account.
What happens if my application is declined?
All lending decisions are made by Klarna. WaterRower (UK) Ltd does not receive the reason an application has been declined and cannot influence the decision. Please contact Klarna directly if you have questions about your application.
When will my payments begin?
Your payment schedule will be confirmed within your Klarna credit agreement. Please review the agreement carefully before completing your purchase.
