WallBars Multi-Adapter

Expand the training possibilities of your NOHRD WallBars with the WallBars Multi-Adaptor. Mounted with the handles facing forwards, it supports tricep dips, suspended rows, leg raises and other strength and core exercises.

Repositioned into its horizontal bar configuration, the Multi-Adaptor can also be used for assisted stretching, mobility work and ballet-inspired training. It attaches securely to the WallBars and can be adjusted to suit different exercises and users.
