By using thinner wood cross-sections than the Original and focusing on the essentials of form and function, it delivers a low-impact full-body workout that activates 84% of your muscle mass. The intuitive display can be programmed for interval workouts and pairs easily with the WaterRower Heart Rate Monitor.

The Lite is the only WaterRower model that does not include Bluetooth as standard. To connect the Lite with apps, including WaterRower Connect, add the Bluetooth ComModule accessory to your order.

Storage Footprint: Designed for vertical, space-saving storage without removing water from the tank. Transportation wheels allow the rower to be easily moved.
