Quickly adjustable barbell rests allow the SquatRack to be configured for a wide variety of exercises and users. Whether performing heavy back squats, front squats, overhead presses or bench presses, the multiple height positions enable safe and efficient setup while accommodating different lifting styles, bench heights and user preferences.

Engineered for compound strength exercises, the NOHRD SquatRack is designed to support a wide range of barbell movements, including squats, bench presses, overhead presses and rack pulls. Its robust steel frame provides exceptional rigidity and stability under load, while the open design allows unrestricted movement and safe lifting for athletes of all experience levels. Designed for use with the NOHRD Weight PlateTower and can also be used with regular Olympic barbells and weightplates.

The NOHRD SquatRack is designed to accommodate different Olympic barbells. NOHRD recommends installing the two rack units 73 cm (28.7") apart for barbells with a 1 m grip length, or 93 cm (36.6") apart for barbells with a 1.2 m grip length, ensuring optimal lifting position and bar support.
