NOHRD HaptikBall

The NOHRD HaptikBall is a hand-stitched leather training ball designed for strength, coordination, balance and tactile exercise. Its malleable iron-granulate filling makes it comfortable to grip for squeezing, holding, lifting, swinging and controlled throwing movements.

Use it to strengthen the hands and forearms, stimulate the fascia or add an unstable element to balance and coordination exercises. The genuine leather surface is treated with beeswax to help protect it against sweat and moisture.
