Design & materials

The Eau-Me Board combines a premium hardwood footplate with a strong, transparent polycarbonate water tank. Its generous surface provides plenty of space for different foot positions and bodyweight exercises, while the rounded profile creates smooth, multidirectional movement. Available in a selection of signature NOHRD wood finishes, its compact, sculptural design complements home, studio and wellness environments.

The constantly shifting water challenges balance, coordination and body control while activating the core and deep stabilising muscles. It can be used for exercises including squats, lunges, sit-ups and push-ups, adding instability and increasing muscle engagement.

The tank holds up to 6.5 litres of water, which reacts dynamically to every movement and creates a continuously changing balance challenge. The Eau-Me Board requires no power or connectivity, while guided workouts are available through the NOHRD Connect app.

The Eau-Me Board measures 64 cm in diameter and 18 cm high, with a weight of approximately 7 kg when empty. Its compact footprint makes it easy to move and store, while the robust construction supports users weighing up to 250 kg.
